Significant construction work has already been completed at the Libra Residence development in Kraków. We have completed groundworks on the structure of the garage in the building. We then proceeded to build the structure, which is now in its shell state. The assembly of windows frames has also been performed, which contributed to closing the body of the building. The next stage was the roofing, which reached the shell-closed state.
We also completed installation works involving both sanitary and electrical installations. Finishing works, such as internal plastering and concrete levelling, are also completed, making the surfaces ready for the next stages of finishing works.
Currently, we are focusing on the stone façade of the building on the street side and the façade of the courtyard (patio). We want to guarantee the aesthetic appearance of the exterior, which will harmoniously integrate with the surroundings.
Work is ongoing on finishing the interior of the common areas. We aim at creating a comfortable and pleasant space for the future residents, with attention to detail.
